This module is used for requesting TDS/Conso file from TRACES. The system allows the user to request for ‘Conso file’ from TRACES through TDSMAN Online interface. In order to do this, click on >Request for TDS/Conso file Online< under >TRACES Information<
The following screen will appear:
Enter User Details: Select your TAN by selecting the Company from the dropdown list
Enter the Traces Password
Select Your Return: Select the details of the Return i.e. Tax Year, Form No. and Quarter for which the form needs to be downloaded.
Following screen will appear:
Enter the captcha and click on >Request< button. The following screen will appear :
Click on “Send OTP” button , an OTP will be sent to the Traces Responsible Person Aadhar linked mobile number.
Enter the OTP , then click on “Submit” Button
The file will download automatically and Following screen will appear :
Click on “Close”
Password for opening the Conso File is : (TAN Allotment date, Form Type, Quarter, Tax Year) DDMMYYNNNQYYYY
